Grapes are farmed without the use of herbicides, pestitides, or fungicides, and cared for completely by hand. Certified Vegan. The property is extremely bio-diverse with berry bushes, walnut trees and wild animals. Dark ruby in the glass with lifted and layered aromas of stewed raspberry and cherry with dark chocolate and soft spice. Juicy entry into a medium mouth feel that is creamy yet bright with zippy acidity. Intense and persistent vanilla, baking spice, with chocolate covered raspberries, garnished with a hint of mint leaf. An effortless pleasure to enjoy!
