Taking its namesake from Mt. Boucherie the former volcano located in West Kelowna, this winery uses sustainable farming and viticulture practices to produce its wines. Made in a refreshing style meant for early consumption, the 2018 Pinot Noir is a savoury wine with notes of cherry, forest floor, and an overall rustic feel. Pair alongside an umami-forward meal, such as mushroom risotto.
