- Description
This wine is made of Schiava with up to 10% Lagrein and Pinot Nero. It is fermented in stainless steel then aged in large oak Slavonian oak casks. The wine colour is dense cherry red. On the nose it's reminiscent of cherries and slightly of bitter almond with a touch of violet. Juicy and pleasant with soft and round finish on the palate. Goes best with mild cheese, spicy starters, light meat (grilled or roasted), and fish.
