The Domaine de la Provenquière is located in the heart of the Languedoc, in the city of Capestang, west of Béziers.
The Château’s history goes back to the 15th century. It’s tower is covered with green tiles and overlooks the vineyard area.
Domaine de la Provenquière was established by the Robert Family in 1954, by Achille and his wife. The winery was passed down to their son Max with his wife Anny. Since 1994, their children, Brigitte and Claude, continue with all operations.- Eyes

Dense and full, slightly herbal (think green tea) and ripe plum flavours. Well balanced.

The wine underwent a full twenty days maceration, then filtering and fining before and after malolactic fermentation.
- Growing Conditions
Planted on clayed calcaerous soils and also on a calcareous hillside facing south.
