This wine demonstrates the richer side of Pinot Noir. Think chocolate and baker’s spice with plums on the nose. The palate has a backbone of firm but forgiving tannins and the flavour spectrum remains in the ripe blackberry and boysenberry range, with vanilla and a wonderful smoky char complementing lively, bright acidity.
