- 750 mL
Grape varieties: Syrah vinified by carbonic maceration 50%, Syrah from schist 30%, old vine Grenache 20%.
Vinification : Harvested by hand. Traditional vinification method. Selective de-stemming. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Maceration on the skins lasting 25 days for the Syrah, shist and Grenache. Carbonic maceration lasting 14 days for the remaining Syrah.
Ageing : In concrete tanks.
Tasting notes: Deep garnet in colour. Complex and powerful nose reminiscent of ripe morello cherries. The aromatic range continues with more mineral notes and finishes on a series of spices (cloves, star anise). The wine has a full-bodied and smooth quality, a rich fruity character, and fine tannins with a lasting spicy finish.
Food Matching: Duck, game and beef dishes.
