What does my monthly wine subscription include?

Your monthly wine order includes your selected wine package and tasting notes. Monthly subscribers also receive exclusive member benefits, offers and discounts to local events and tastings. Click here for member details.

How does the monthly payment and order system work?

Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month for the next subscription period. As an example, you would be billed on March 20th for the order shipped to you on April 15th.

 

What information is included in my monthly wine order?

Each package includes information about the wine along with a tasting note to help put words to the aromas and flavours you're experiencing. Do you want more detailed information? Send us an email or give us a call - we're happy to share our knowledge.

Can I suspend my membership for a short period of time?

Yes, you can suspend your membership at any time without additional fees. Simply login to your account prior to the 19th of the month to make the change for the next subscription period. As an example; update your account by July 19th to suspend your membership beginning in August.

 

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Simply login to your account prior to the 19th to make the change for the next subscription period. As an example; cancel your membership by May 19th and you will not be charged for the June package.

 

When will I receive my wine?

Shipments are sent by the 15th of each month and are usually received within two to five days.

 

Can I pick up my wine at Marquis Wine Cellars?

Yes, when you checkout you can select “pick up” as your delivery method and no delivery fees will be added to your order. Your wine will be ready at the store by the 15th of each month.

 

What if I get a bad bottle?

You can return any bottle that is flawed or that you absolutely hated for any reason. We guarantee all of our wines.

 

What if my wine arrives in a damaged state?

Our team takes great care in packing your wine order. If you receive any damaged bottles we will replace them. Please contact us and we'll fix it.
