Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month for the next subscription period. As an example, you would be billed on March 20th for the order shipped to you in April. Quarterly subscriptions will be charged on the 20th of February, May, August, and November for the next month's package.

Yes, you can suspend your membership at any time without additional fees. Simply login to your account prior to the 19th of the month to make the change for the next subscription period. As an example; update your account by July 19th to suspend your membership beginning in August.
You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Simply login to your account prior to the 19th to make the change for the next subscription period. As an example; cancel your membership by May 19th and you will not be charged for the June package.
Shipments are sent around the 15th of each month and are usually received within two to five days.
To track your Canada Post delivery, log on to your account and look under the "SHIPMENTS" tab to find your Tracking Number.
Yes, when you checkout you can select “pick up” as your delivery method and no delivery fees will be added to your order. Your wine will be ready at the store around the 15th of each month.
You can return any bottle that is flawed. We guarantee all of our wines.
Our team takes great care in packing your wine order. If you receive any damaged bottles we will replace them. Please contact us and we'll fix it.
